Pre Christmas Trip to Galway

Galway Trip

This is what you have being waiting for.

Trip includes.
1. Ice skating.
2. Circuit of activities at the Pure skills Centre.
3. Lunch at purs skills venue.
4. Bus to and from Galway.

Date for Trip is Friday 12th December.
Price of Trip is €40 based on all Transition Year Students Travelling.

This trip is to be paid for before 4.00pm on Thursday 20th November.

Spirit of Enterprise Event: No age limits or barriers to Entrepreneurship.  
A group of TY Enterprise students along with their teacher, Ms Flynn attended the recent Spirit of Enterprise Event at the GMIT Castlebar Innovation Hub.  
Guest speakers included Dragon's Den Investor, Insomnia Coffee Founder and Newstalk Presenter Bobby Kerr along with 14 year old self-taught entrepreneur Jordan Casey of Casey Games.  


TY Students attending the Jobs of the Future Open Day, 18th September 2014, GMIT Castlebar.
All of the TY students accompanied by Ms Hiney, Ms Duffy & Ms Flynn attended this event.  The students met with various industry experts and must now prepare a report for their Careers class.

• Off Road Driving

Bacon Butties for Breakfast on arrival.
Youth Lunch will also be provided.
Cost of trip including bus to and from is €65 to be paid by Wednesday 10th September 2014.
